I just moved and brought my computer with me. It's old but worked this morning b4 the move. All cables were disconnected. Got to be house, attached all cables. PC boots but NOTHING not even no signal appears on screen.

i-7 core
Gtx 660 (Ik its time for an upgrade lol)
Asus maximus IV gene-Z

No wifi or Ethernet yet
Monitor does show "no signal" when I turn it on w/o being connected to PC

Solution
Ok, so I tried reseating everything in my PC 3 times, nothing...

Then after already doing the reseat for the graphics card, I thought, screw it lets try again and reseated the card 1 more time... THIS WORKED,!

I had a cup fan error, and I don't know if I should be afraid of that, but other than that, my computer works! Thanks for the help guys :)
Is the monitor turned on? what cable are you using to connect your computer to the monitor? have you tried switching cable?

try this:

Plug the AC Adapter into the computer.
Turn off the computer and wait 5 seconds.
Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the f10 key to enter the BIOS Setup Menu.

I tried both solutions.

When I did the f10 thing the screen was still black

I've reinstalled ram multiple times, no fix

This might help, before I disconnected the PC it was still sleeping. I just turned the power supply off. That might have screwed with it
