Hello. I ran Sophos Anti-Rootkit and found 4 items. They were:

c:\windows\winsxs\x86_usbport.inf


Well, Sophos did not automatically check them to be removed because they are hidden unknown files. My question to you smart guys is, should I check the boxes to delete these files, or should I not delete them? Thank you so much!!!

I would recommend running a malwarebytes scan to help verify if it is or isn't malware.

Boot into safe mod with networking (f8 on startup). Then download, install, and update malwarebytes. Do the full system scan. If it finds the same infection, then you should remove it. If not, it could be a false positive.
