Just OC my cpu for the 1st time!

hi guys I just OC my cpu for the first time (i5 3570k ivy series/intel). I did an intel burn test and got a max of 76c OC @4.2ghz. My current core voltage is at 1.150. My cooler is the hyper evo 212 cooler. Are these temps/ghz to voltage ratio ok? Most of the time it was hovering low 50's to mid 60s with less than a second hop to 70's!

You're good. I wouldn't let IBT peak it any higher for any length of time, tho. Ivy Bridge temps are:
Tcase (CPU temp) = 67C
Tjunction (Core temp) = 72C
Tj Max (Throttle temp) = 105C

I just oc it to 4.5 GHz at 1.20V highest temp in intel burn test was in the 70's but again it maintained around the 60's to low 70's for most of the time. I should be ok for using that to game? I would imagine during gaming it would hit in about the 50's? I was in the 40's for 4.2 ghz

i did it via bios, multipliers set at 45 Voltage set at 1.20V, intel burn test got in the 60's and low 70's. CPU ID shows 4.5ghz same with task manager during the test
