Just ordered my first build! opinions?

Solution
What Blackbird says is correct, it's not the best match for your cpu.

Though I can say I have seen far worse mobos paired with those CPUs. The good news is at stock I don't believe you are in any real danger, especially since you have an aftermarket CPU cooler.

It only has a phase count of 4+1 when you should have 6+2 or 8+2.

If you could return it and get another one without much hassle, that would be good. If you can't, then just don't overclock with it.
The board is a poor match for a hot CPU , it has a poor power and thermal design.

The warning about cooling the CPU and VRM is on the site at the bottom.
* For cooling the CPU and its surrounding components, please install a CPU cooler with a top-down blowing design.

The power supply isn't the greatest.

Well, it could fry forsure, but it might start throttling during gaming causing blue screens, reboots etc.

Both those motherboards are the ones I love to recommend. If you have the $ for asus, get it, as it's a new chipset and has a few more features.
If not, the Gigabyte one is by far the best budget 970 chipset for it's price and can handle the 8320 no sweat. :)

The Asrock 990FX Extreme4 would be good to, but I imagine it would be over $110 or else it'd have been linked to 😛
