Just overclocked and bluescreen

I overclocked to 4.7 ghz, and i bluescreened when i hit the windows screen, is it that i dont have enough voltage which is 1.2 set to adaptive mode or is it just that my processor cant go any higher? (i5 4670k)

4-7ghz is pushing the limit of an i5-4670k if you don't want to add voltage then back it down to 4.5ghz and run Prime95 to verify stability, if you want to try to gain the 4.7ghz then you will have to add voltage until you can boot into Windows.
