[SOLVED] Just picked up a 2070 super mini, am wondering if the smaller size affects performance?

Do mini cards affect overclocking potential? card runs at 80c under the heaven benchmark 4.0 on the stock fan profile. Is it okay to let it be running like that? and how much do ambient temperatures have a part in the gpu's temps? it's currently around 10-15c ambient depending on which part of the day.

Almost every graphics card manufacturer has their own RTX 2070 super mini version.
Gigabyte even has single fan mini model. Which one is your model?

Obviously you can expect mini version to have limited OC potential.
80C is still considered fine. But with prolonged use in elevated temperatures you can start experiencing artifacts. Make sure your pc case has sufficient air-flow.

Consider ways to keep it a little cooler. In hotter ambient things won't be as fine as they are now
