Picked up a PowerSpec desktop and upgraded from the prebuilt.. this is what I ended up with:

Motherboard: H310CM-HDV/M.2
CPU: i7 9700 (non k)
GPU: GTX 1660 SUPER
PSU: 500w EVGA (they didn't have the one I wanted so I'll upgrade again later)
RAM: 32GB Ripjaws 3200mhz (motherboard max is 2666mhz or so)
STORAGE: stock nvme m.2 500gb ssd, 1TB FireCuda Hybrid, 2TB West. Digital BLACK hdd

Cost: ~$1,350.00 USD

The computer comes stock with 16gb of ram which is probably more than enough for what I've been doing recently, but I enjoy the faster speeds anyways. I could have done a bit better if I built my own computer with my personal choice of case and motherboard. This mobo doesn't have very many extra storage slots, but it comes with 4 sata ports so I'm thinking of getting a drive dock of some sort.

Anyways for what I got the computer for I feel as though it performs quite well. It was sold as a B731 model which apparently is PowerSpecs business category hence "B" but obvious "gaming" is just a sales tactic. This was a good buy in my opinion and next time I will be building my own now that I have enough experience to pick the right parts.

Pretty much better everything except lesser RAM. Faster CPU with more cores, overclocking support, better cooler, faster RAM, faster storage(though lesser in quantity), faster GPU, better case probably, and a far superior PSU. I hope you REALLY didn't want to build a system yourself.

Solution
That looks good, although I meant to put stock m.2 nvme ssd so wouldn't the storage I got be the same speed & larger quantity?

Also I'd need a network card?

Okay so next time I'm definitely ordering off PCPart picker or Newegg or something. Do they deliver everything in the mail? Is that recommended because it's very fragile 😛

Well you could always go for something cheaper in the other departments for more M.2 storage. That's the good thing about building your own PC - it's your OWN PC, to customize as you like. Network cards are available on PC Part Picker as well, so again not an issue. But you can't order through PC Part Picker, unfortunately. You'll have to go to the specific retailer sites and make the final purchase from there, like from Newegg or Best Buy or Amazon. PC Part Picker just shows you the lowest price it can find for the parts in the various online stores available in your country. And yeah, the parts come through like an Amazon package would(not sure if that's what you call mail or not), and it's usually not a problem because the individual parts are not as fragile as the whole PC put together, plus the packaging is usually good enough to protect against a few bumps along the way. I've seen entire prebuilt PC's being delivered through the mail, so individual parts isn't a big deal either.
