Just Received my Pre-Built PC, what should I do first? (Save to "Local disk" or "This PC")?

Should I be saving things to "This PC (C:) 20.8GB out of 111GB" or Local Disk (D:) 249MB out of 931GB? I've got a feeling I should switch things to be saving things to the Local Disk. Should I?

Just managed to get it up and running. They have already installed Windows 10, drivers etc which was unexpected as I am literally a novice when it comes to PC's! I have just hooked it up to my Samsung TV/Monitor through the DVI but it doesn't really look like the crispest image and on HDMI it looks awful. Was wondering if there are any tips though for a new-to-pc gamer as I'm not sure what to do first or how to alter my settings to get the best picture as I've tried most of the options. Should I just get on with gaming right away?

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The link you posted says it has a GTX 960 graphics card. If that's correct, go to the Nvidia website -
http://www.geforce.com/drivers
- and download and install the latest drivers for your GPU. Once that's done, go into windows setting and change your display resolution to 1080p (1920x1080). That should clear up your screen problem.

Thank you although it seems to not have done anything, I did need to update the driver though!

Hi mate also got another query.
Should I be saving things to "This PC (C:) 20.8GB out of 111GB" or Local Disk (D:) 249MB out of 931GB? I've got a feeling I should switch things to be saving things to the Local Disk. Should I?

Windows and Programs (office, media player, web browser, antivirus, etc...). Large data files like pictures and videos and such should be moved to your storage drive D. Those files don't really benefit from the speed of an SSD unless you were doing editing.
