Just some questions about pc .

So i was originally going to order my parts for my first pc build like in december. But yesterday i found out my friend was selling his pc for pretty cheap. Only 300 dollars. So im getting a good deal and all but im going to have to buy a monitor. Does it matter which one i buy? I was planning on getting the Acer R240HY, Acer H226HQLbid, or anything else ( If you can, can you also suggest me a good cheap monitor good for gaming , doesn't need to be 144hz because i doubt the pc im buying will be able to make use of it). So basically, when i buy any monitor, will it be compatible? A ll i need to do is plug it into the back of gpu right?

There are various sockets for monitors, VGA, DVI & HDMI. Pretty much every monitor and computer are at least VGA compatible so you shouldn't have much to worry about
