Need some more info from you on what it's purpose is. I'll take a guess and say 1080p gaming, and give feedback for that.

First off, I forbid you to build a new computer at your budget level without an SSD. It's illegal in my country. Punishable by force feeding you raw fish. HAVE to have an SSD. You'll thank me. It won't improve your FPS, but insanely fast load times are sexy.

I know GPU prices are SCREWED right now. But I'd still look at a stronger GPU, even at the expense of lowering the cost of your motherboard/cpu. 1060 is good enough for 1080p gaming, but at your budget level, looking at the parts you've selected, it just seems a bit unbalanced.

Again, this is under the assumption of 1080p gaming.

I do have plans of upgrading my graphics card in the future, i know a i7 8700k with a GTX 1060 is a total waste of money, but i'm doing it that way cause in a few months after i get that pc i'm gonna save up some more money to get myself a GTX 1080 ti and give the 1060 to my cousin, but yes i do have a SSD i just didn't included in the overall build cause i totally forgot, but i'm planning on getting the 500GB Samsung EVO 850 SSD. Sorry if i didn't add too much information but this build was intended to be for VR and 4k resolution gaming, but i went for the gtx 1060 in the mean time.
