Just turned on my pc after putting on thermal past "Arctic silver 5"

That's at idle. Even the stock size air cooler would get those temps. You need to run Prime95 v26.6 small fft torture test to get a 100% load. If all the cores are about 70°C or under, with roughly 10°C or lower between hottest core and coldest core, then you are good.

Those temps are good. The load temps are great

Who are you kidding? Most ppl get @70°C(ish) under full load with a decent cooler. With stock coolers expect shut down temps. Running mid 50's under 100% load is seriously beyond Great, somewhere closer to Fantastic.
