Question just unsealed a 7800x3d and it have different pin colors

Should have no impact on performance. Cosmetic.

I would consider it a case of oxidation, but those contacts are made of gold and that doesn't rust.
Another reason could be uneven thickness, making some of them very slightly transparent
But the most probable is that small imperfections cause the light to reflect differently, creating a kind of optical illusion.
But if you run a stress test for 30-40 minutes and it passes then you don't need to worry about it
