I have just upgraded to a GTX 780 from a 760 and to an Antec 80 Plus Gold 750 W True Power PSU from a Corsair CXM600. It took 4 and half hours to do (cable routing took 90% of that time) and I just have 1 question, why is my visualiser not working. Is it only reference coolers that support it (and consequently not the Asus variant)

When I turned on my PC again, I was thinking something's not right, but only because it's so so quiet now! Even checked the fans to make sure they were spinning and they were, but it's dead silent! My 760 couldn't have accounted for the noise difference surely?

Have you installed the proper drivers and/or graphics card monitoring software?

I know that on my GTX670FTW if I do not have the EVGA PrecisionX software running the fan curves will not take effect and the card will consequently not adapt fan speed to component temperature and is really dangerous!

I don't know if ASUS has similar software but a bet that fan curves are not functioning!

That or the awesome GTX780 is totally unphased!
