Question just upgraded my cpu and motherboard

Every time press power button won’t turn on black screen and fans spinning have to turn it off again and keep getting this pc posted in safe mode please press f1 to do setup in order to load windows. Once load windows everything running fine can play games and such. When changing setting in bios goes on black screen and have to repeat again and my changes don’t get undone when it dose load.

10900k had it when it come out so might give it to my brother to use and windows 11 also just tested my computer and come on without that safe screen thing. Also did not do fresh install but might try it tommrrow
