I would drop in the extra cash and get a i7-3770k. Otherwise, I think you are organised...

Not at the moment, no. I chose mine because I wanted the proc to last me a bit longer, and a performance boost in things other than gaming. It is not that much more, so i decided it was worth it... My 2c
