Just when I first open task manager I see 100% cpu usage?

When I first open task manager I see 100% cpu usage. Then it goes down to 20-40%.The reason I am asking this is because everything on my computer is being laggy and frames are dropping even just on chrome etc. So yeah, any replies would be appreciated.

press windows key + R then type msconfig and hit enter...Go to Services tab and tick the box below "Hide all Microsoft Services"
Un-tick these processes except maybe your gpus driver, audio driver and antivirus services (and anything else you really need to start automatically on windows startup)...
Do the same in the startup tab (if you are prompted, click open task manager and from there disable any item by right click and disable) hit apply->ok->restart...

Check if the problem remains after restarting Windows

Nothing fixed, still a massive spike to 100% right when I first open task manager.Starting to suspect a trojan that hides itself?

The spike you get is only when you open task manager for soome seconds ? Or it comes back when system is idle?

It is hard to tell but frames are dropping on just about anything.If unrelated could this be a gpu problem?
Also I'm thinking it might be bluestacks causing the problem because people have notified me that it can be dodgy and when it is open there is a clear 100% cpu usage with task manager open not just a spike.

I had also some problems when i had bluestacks installed...some lags and an unistall solved my issue.You can disable bluestack services and startup in msconfig as i stated above.Also check your temperatures with hwmonitor http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html
