Don't know much about graphic cards clocks, but here's my question:
Say, a GPU's speeds was specified at exactly 1700 MHz base and 1900 Mhz boost, does that mean when the GPU is under load, the highest speed it will go to is 1900 MHz?
Or will/ can it exceed the 1900 MHz stated? If so, when will it do this? (excluding overclocking)
And/ or will the speeds vary slightly between each card, like some may be 1900, some 1905 etc.?
