Question just wondering is it normal to have this bad visual issue in all games?

what causes this problem?
haven't find anyone who has find out what causes this problem yet...is this hardware issue or software?
i've seen people who have this problem with gtx 1080ti or rtx 2070 super!!!
what are nvidia and amd hiding from us?

There are problems here and there, but generally very minor. Many of them are hard to actually gauge as problems and some of them I'm not even seeing because the annotation on the video is sparse and completely unhelpful. And if you're doing all max settings on a 580 with 4 GB, there are going to be lots of AAA games where the textures don't appear quite right in certain places at certain instances; we're not yet at an age with real-time photo-realism.
