Ok I watch Newegg and other retailers like a hawk just to get an idea of how things will be changing price wise as well as possible releases for new tech. Now they have quickly discontinued MANY mobos for P67 and Z68 chipsets which of course is referring to Haswell and it's soon release I get that. Now I here lots of stuff about the 8*** series GPU not being released at all this year BUT Newegg has also discontinued more than half of the 7970's they sell in the past week.... coincidence or is there something more to this? I'll probably get laughed at for this but of well....I'm more than certain retailers know more about release dates than anyone and plan in accordance for the releases. Yes I read the article on anandtech about AMD sticking with the 79** for the rest of 2013 but why should they stick with it when NVIDIA threw the first punch with the TITAN I personally think AMD should and needs to respond as a company because all they have are the GPU's since their CPU department seems to just not have it together at all. Just wondering if anyone else KNOWS or agrees with this...
