I'm not familiar with the sq575 however you might want to check the manufactures web sight to see if there are any unsupported FSB settings. Most likely you can set it to 75mhz with a combination that is not in the manual or shown on the board. I'm not sure about the original K6 CPU's but I know that the K6-II and the K6-III with the clock multiplier set on 2 will actually set it at 6. Your bios may not recognize the CPU as a K6-3 but it will still work if you have the right voltage settings. I have a K6-III 450 and it great in my old motherboard at 2(6) with the FSB set at 75.....this gave me a running speed of 450. However, the bios didn't recognize the speed so it posted at 400, even though it was really running at 450. Any CPU speed test confirmed this. I'm not sure how the CPU will take the wrong settings to get it to 396mhz since the K6-II and the K6-III are not very overclockable. I just bought a K6-III+ 450 so that I can overclock it to 550......maybe 600mhz. We shall see. The K6-III+'s are very overclockable since they are made with the .18 process instead of .25. You should make sure of the exact voltages before you try it. My K6-III 450 needs 2.4 volts but your 333 may be different. Hope this helps.
