K7N2 Deltar ILSR best O/C BIOS?

I know the choice of BIOS can make a massive diference as to how high the F.S.B. will go so~

What Bios do you recommend for the K7N2 Delta ILSR ?

Best BIOS for the variants would be good to as the BIOS's seem to track each other quite closely .

BE CAREFULL overclocking, if you go too much too far you'll not be able to clear BIOS and you'll be stuck.
