Depends on what CPU you have for the 1155 if you even have one. Otherwise yes get a 1151 mothebroard as any CPU for the 1155 will be used.

Yes and the fastes ram you can afford since that impacts the performance of the gpu a lot since it will be using system memory for the gpu.

Right now I have PC with a I3 2100 processor (Sandy Bridge) and I wanted to do an upgrade. So I was thinking, about switching the motherboard and memory and installing a graphics card (I already have these 3 parts), and installing a new processor later when I buy it. Would the Sandy Bridge I3 work with the Kaby Lake Motherboard?
