Hi, I'm wondering if the Core i7 7700 can be paired with Asus Z170-P D3 Mainboard (DD3) and 2x Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3.

No DDR3 boards got updated for Kaby Lake.

DDR3 cripples Skylake bad enough. I don't know why they made Z170 boards with DDR3 at all.
