Kailh brown vs outemu blue

So cuz I'm on a tight budget I cant afford a better mechanical keyboard and I'm between keycool 84 with the kailh brown switches and the redragon vara k551b with blue outemu switches.Any opinions pls? Its gonna be my 1st mechanical keyboard

I'd choose the Keycool keyboard simply because I like small form factor keyboards and the Reddragon's build quality isn't so good. What sort of a budget are we looking at here? Where would you like to purchase from if we can source a viable candidate?
