Kali Linux Booting Problem

I have been trying to install Kali Linux for a few days now. I have burned the ISO Image to a DVD. But when I restart my computer Kali Linux doesn't launch. I have looked all over the internet for solutions but couldn't find a single one. In my boot order I have CDROM as my first option. Some other sites have been suggesting that I disable secure boot, but I cannot find that option anywhere in my BIOS. I have also gone to Settings > Update and Recovery > Recovery > Advanced Startup, and I clicked on Restart Now. People have said that there should be an UEFI Firmware Settings Option. But that isn't there either. I have also tried to do the same with Tails, but yet again, the same thing occurs.

I am running Windows 10 and my Motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2.

It would be so much appreciated if someone could help. I've been trying to resolve this problem for two days now.

Are you sure you burnt the disk properly, rather than just copying the ISO file to it; what software did you use to burn the disk? Have you tested it on another computer?

Your primary mistake is using Kali, a distribution intended for experts, rather than a user-friendly distribution such as Ubuntu.

Yes, I'm pretty sure I did it right, I used ImgBurn. After I burned the DVD it ImgBurn successfully verified it. No, I haven't tried other computers, but I tried Tails on a different DVD and I still had the same problem.

Also can Ubuntu do the same things that Kali can, or is it limited.

I have gone into the boot menu and the BIOS before, and didn't see any of those options. I will look again though. But shouldn't the installation part of Kali or Tails come up at least. Cause it just goes straight to windows even if i select boot from CDROM. I will try Ubuntu. But I at least want to get the disc thing fixed before I use up another disc. And would Tails be considered 'user friendly' or is it complicated to install. I have looked at YouTube videos of people installing both Kali and Tails. I do everything right, but for some reason, my PC refuses to load the disc. But what do I know, I probably am doing something wrong.

Shouldn't it come up at the startup. Because I can't get it to launch.

It is burned correctly, but it still won't come up. That is the problem I am having.

I have burned Ubuntu to a DVD and followed the instructions on the Ubuntu website. Still no luck.
So it's not because I'm trying to get Kali and that I have no idea what I'm doing. It's just that my computer is refusing to run the DVD. I've verified it and everything. Even when my PC is booting up, when I press F12 and tell it to boot from CDROM, it still goes to Windows 10. I've tried to boot from several different things, but it just goes to Windows 10.
