Question Karnak

I have the same issue as dave1310. A computer called Karnak AND an HP printer that I don't own, are showing up on my network.. They don't show up in my router's client list and none of my devices have those mac addresses. I don't know how to delete them from my network.

If you change the wi-fi password for the router and known devices, do the mystery devices go away?
