Kaspersky and Steam servers

Hi, Could anyone help me out with Kaspersky and Steam Servers. When I go to Steam>view>servers and try to connect to a game server I just get Server is not responding (ARK Survival). I tried about 30 different servers. Should I just remove Kaspersky and get AVG or is there a way around it. I looked in settings to add a program but didnt see anything.

Did this just start, or has it been happening since you bought ARK? Does it happen anywhere else?

Run the game in Windowed mode (if you aren't already) and see if Windows Firewall pops up asking if you want to allow the game through.
