Please help in solving my problem

I would think Advanced Windows Care (2 versions?!) is probably contributing to your problem. Considering it's also anti-malware similar to Kapersky and others... it's redundant and unnecessary. Uninstaller software is also unnecessary. In fact, it looks like you have a lot of different "optimization" programs installed that you really don't need. It's probably best to stick with one and get rid of the rest. (CCleaner would probably be the best one to stick with).

I would also ditch all but one of your anti-spyware suites... as I believe Kapersky is also capable of handling those duties. I know people used to like to run more than one antispyware program because no single program seemed to be able to handle all bits of spyware. The situation has greatly improved recently, though... so one program besides your anti-virus is probably sufficient.
