Kaspersky Internet Security turned off?

I have Windows 10 Pro and Kaspersky Internet Security 2016.

For a week now, whenever I start up my computer, I get this notification that both Kaspersky and Windows Defender are off

When I click on it, it shows me that KIS is turned off.

However, when I go to KIS, I find it fully functional.

How to fix this problem? In addition, should I be worried or is it harmless?

P.S. I suspect it is a problem with the Kaspersky GUI, not with the service. Something is inhibiting the GUI from displaying.
But ask on KL forum, and provide lots of relevant info, such as your operating system and what other security products are installed. There are experts over there who know the product very well.


Unfortunately, that is not the case. It is in the startup.

Additional Information: It also happens when I restart Windows Explorer, so it has nothing to do with startup programs.
