I know it's good,been using it few years.My question is do i need to get an antivirus as well? or will this be enough?

KiS on Android is quite annoying, it's hell difficult to remove but the PC version is quite nice. Malwarebytes for Android is about all you need, it will block or remove the majority of the issues that you will face which mostly is Ransomware from either infected Apps or Browser related threats. Porn and Torrent sites are generally the most dangerous as they are layered with threats to a point you shouldn't even browse them on an Android.

Internet security is different from antivirus, but they do play a similar role in protecting. KIS is robust protection when you're browsing the internet, and Antivirus is your protection for your computer system. If you want additional protection I would advise you to get an antivirus you trust and been tested.

This is not necessary. KIS includes antivirus protection. Adding a second antivirus app can lead to performance issues, as well as antivirus conflicts. More is not necessarily better.
