I had built my new pc last week.
• Amd ryzen 2700x
• 2060 RTX msi
• 32 Gb ram 3200
•Power supply 850 w Fully Modular 850W Fully Modular 80+ Gold Certified
•Asus ROG Strix B450-F Gaming Motherboard

The problem occurs when I play, or just using the browsers. The PC is fine and everything. Then all of the sudden the PC display, Keyboard, and Mouse turns off, but the Pc is still on. I can’t use the power button to turn it off, I have to use the switch on the PSU to reset. It will fix the problem just temporary. I tried updating my bios, but it still happens. Please help.

Solution
I think you find its the PSU at fault here, especially with that system. What little I can find on it are cases where people get told to use something else. For instance - https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/gamemax-power-supplies.3084053/

Often lesser known brand PSU will promise 1 score (850watt) but cannot actually deliver it. And often USB & Displays are the first things turned off if PC cannot supply the power necessary for itself.

Get a Seasonic, it won't turn anything off and can deliver the score it promises on the box.

check your power mgmt settings in device management.
you probably need to uncheck "allow Windows to disable to save power" for either the USB 3.0 ports or actual keyboard/mouse device

I found out the problem. The problem was having multiple temperatures monitoring application running at the same time. Most of all asus motherboards have this annoying bug
