Keep blue screening

I have had a computer i built myself about 3 months ago and it runs cool and generally well but for some reason sometimes when i boot it up the login i get a blue screen for IOMAP64 and occasional when i run prime 95 i get it as well but not all the time like i can run 8 torture tests for hours and it will be fine but when i run just 4 it will sometimes blue screen. It has never blue screened while gaming though.

clear cmos, so all settings for overclocking are removed, and see if it is stable. at stock speeds.
blue screen produces on c:minbidump a file for each event can you post the file somewhere and link it here so we can analyse the bsod for you.
