Keep deselecting windows/text boxes randomly

whenever im typing or using a program, it keeps deselecting, im fairly sure its not a mouse problem as even if my mouse is centered on the text box it will keep deselecting and if my mouse is hovering over a button, It will not click the button.

it usually deselects every 10-30 seconds, and is really frustrating.

any help would be appreciated.

edit: it doesn't seem to affect windows start search but everything else including windows explorer is definitely being affected.

Please help soon this is driving me insane.

I fixed my problem, I ran windows focus logger and found that adobe desktop service was stealing the focus every 10-30 seconds, so I disabled adobe in start up and stopped adobe creative cloud. It seems to have fixed the problem.
