so january i got a new PC with an SSD and from the get go i kept getting sporadic 100% disk usage freezes. So i tried every fix I could find on the internet, but It just kept getting worse until it was unusable.
So i formatted it. and it ran perfectly for like 2 days and then the freezes returned.
Only thing that comes to mind is that the PC was close to an old speaker, the kind with those big magnets. but reading around, magnets can't damage SSDs so I'm confused.
For the time being I moved the speaker, but now I don't know what to do next.

msi b560m-a pro motherboard
geforce gt730
yeyian yfr-46201 power source
16gb ddr ram t-force vulcanz
hp s650 2.5 ssd
intel i3-10100f 3.6ghz 6mb cache

what the ssd size? how full it is?
check ssd health?
weird i was sure i had responded to this.

The size is 500gb freshly formatted and the health is good.
Also I tried going to hp site to download drivers and it keeps giving me errors.

everytime this happens and it seems that there are a lot of cache, temp and log files being written when this happens.
You have system restore enabled on C: .
This sometimes can help, if you need to roll back some windows updates or problematic software installation.
But this also causes significant amount of additional writes.

Since writes on SSD are limited, I'd disable system restore on SSD.

Anyway - hp s650 is dramless. You can expect weird performance issues like this.

I ran crystaldiskmark both on windows and on linux (so i knw it's not a windows/drivers problem) and the read speed is fine but the write speed comes at around 19mb/s

So I decided to just buy a new SSD but im uncertain, what if the problem is not my disk but something else I say this because all the tests on crystaldiskinfo say good, so maybe the cables or the motherboard are at fault? I wanna know before i spend money on something that I might not need.
