keep getting 3 beeps

alright guys, i've been having trouble getting my new pc to work.
what it comes down to is, i've tried reinstalling my entire pc a great amount of times (including starting it just cpu,mobo and ram,)but it just won't work and will not display anything.
So, i know the 3 beeps indicate a problem with ram(bough the wrong ram first), which i thought was the problem. So when i installed the new ram, it still had the same error, what does this mean? a problem with the motherboard/ramslots?

h110m itx ac is the mobo im using

The beeps are i long 2 short? If yes, try leaving single RAM module installed. Test each RAM slot. Make sure that the module is properly inserted in the RAM slot.

i've already tried that, and yea the ram is properly seated.
the beeps are just 3 long i think

Then I suggest RMA-ing both board and CPU.
