Keep getting "Your pc ran into a problem" with Kernal error?

I keep getting that, what is the cause? It usually happens when I start the windows or when I am in middle of using it

Without knowing more about the issue the only recommendation is to remove any recently install hardware. Roll-back any recently updated drivers. Finally install all the Windows Updates that are available.
