Question Keep or upgrade?

Greetings,
Well it sounds weird but i just wanna know if i should keep this shitty windows 10 or upgrade win 7
You guys won't get it but I'm kinda annoyed with this windows...It's laggy,Longer boottime,Doesn't let me use apps like setfsb for overclocking(which was working fine with win 7) and other performance related issue cuz i got a "not so good" pc by today's standard So i'm thinking of installing win 7 ...I used this windows like years but now it's really making me angry at moments especially when i restart my pc and windows boots after 5 mins which kinda annoying and too long for a windows to boot.
So i want suggestions if i should upgrade to win 7 again or it would be a bad idea ?
also i've heard win 7 doesn't use DX12 which i don't need at the moment and Win 7 can't use Nvidia's latest drivers? is that a true statement ?
PC SPECS :
CPU:INTEL CORE 2 QUAD Q6600 2.4GHZ (Overclocked to 3.0ghz)
RAM:7GB DDR2 @800Mhz.
GPU: Inno3D Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 2gb.

Windows 7 is dead, no more support. Windows 10 is fine.
