I'm having a bit of a problem. Currently I have a headset which connects into a mixamp and has 2 inputs, 3.5mm aux and a USB cable. The USB cable plugs into my PC which powers the mixamp and the 3.5mm cable plugs into my PS4 controller. However, when I want to put my PC into sleep mode it cuts power to the mixamp causing my headset to not function. Is there a way to provide power in sleep mode?

Check Windows under device manager for the device. I think it's under allow this device to wake the computer, if so it should provide power when asleep?

You can also check the MB manual for any bridges associated to USB ports. On some boards you can have power to the USB ports when the PC is powered down or not, usual default is power available to USB ports. I don't think this is what you are after though. I think it's the first one.
