Keep windows GPU drivers that are old or download newer ones by myself?

Hello. I just did a format and windows 10 as you know installed by itself the drivers for the rx480 4gb gpu. I checked and saw that it is the 17.7 version. Should i keep this version because maybe thats more suitable for me or download the latest Radeon drivers? I think Radeon's latest driver is 17.10 version or something. Also if i have to update, could you help me with the process? Do i have to install the new update over the old one, or use DDU and install the newer one? This is my first time with Radeon gpu and i have some issues thats why i did a format. Thanks!

your system work good with these driver then keep it this way unless windows ask for new ones .
