Keeping a CPU cool in Mini ITX

Hi community,

I bought a Silverstone ML08B http://a.co/2pd9BCo to do a build in it. From watching youtube videos of guys building in it-- I've observed blower style GPUs of any level will do just fine in this case but the cpu can run awfully hot. Because it's such a slim ITX case you have to use a very low profile cooler, only leaving you with a couple lower end options (If there is a super badass and tiny cpu cooler I'd love to know about it).

I'm open to doing any level of build, I have a lot of spare parts to work from lying around or stuff I can take out of another build. And If I need a new motherboard I'll order one.

Is there a certain cpu (Anywhere from Pentium to I7/R7) that is notorious for running good temps in mini ITX builds? Is there a magic mini ITX cooler option?

Any tips are appreciated.

Cool thanks! PCpartspicker suggests I can make this work with any intel CPU. Any suggestions for one that I wouldn't be overclocking?

any intel CPU up to 65W. the new intels are good if you can find them, paper launch and all.
I would look to the 35W CPU's available from intel, the coolers maximum rated TDP is 65W. the lower the wattage the cooler they run typically. if you give the cooler some headroom (with a 35W chip) it (cooler fan) will run at full far less than a 65W chip.
