[SOLVED] Keeping Losing Ethernet

I,ve recently build my first pc and everything went well, accept my ethernet keeps losing internet.
I use a Asrock b450m pro4 motherboard. Can anyone help me!

I have a quick simple fix you can try. Go to your device manager and open the dropdown for your ethernet adapter. Click on the tab for power management and uncheck the box that says Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
