Keeping my computer clean

Hi, since I got my new computer I have uninstalled the mcafee antivirus. I know in my old computed I used spybot search & destroy, but I've been reading that it does not work well on windows 10. What free programs would be recommended and where to get them from? Thank you very much!

PS: My old pc has spybot, malwarebytes, tuneup utilities and ccleaner. Those programs have done magic with my computer, but I don't remember where to get them from.
