[SOLVED] keeps Booting into BIOS

So I've got a MSI Z170A Pro that keeps booting into the bios everytime from a cold boot and I have no idea why. The first boot option is clear as day and it is updated to the latest BIOS. I've tried everything and nothing has worked.
I've got every fast boot setting turned off. Does anyone have any ideas?

Try unplugging all peripherals , like usb hd, keyboard, mouse. Then start pc. What happens?

Recently I upgraded my gtx 970 to a rtx 2070 super and also needed to upgrade my PSU because old one didn't have 2x8 pin. After I put everything back together my pc boots to BIOS first and after i click away it just works normally ( no issues at all). I checked boot order wich seems to be fine...

I didnt. I changed from a couple HDDs to SSDs and it was fine for months.

i'll try that next time I cold boot. when I do a restart its fine but when I turn it on after a few hours it does this

the same thing happens. I just came back to my pc after its been off for nearly a week and before I turned it on I unplugged all peripherals and it still booted into bios

Try removing one stick of ram, then cold start the pc. If it loads to windows then you found your culprit. Unfortunately you u will have to wait for another cold start to test the other stick/s if it does not.

I cleared the cmos and it did nothing so idk what the issue is
