I already cleaned out the dust using canned air, replaced the PSU, Did virus scans, memory scans basically almost everything so what should I do cause after 3 minutes into playing Neverwinter on lowest settings screen froze and crashed.

there may be many reasons, install newest drivers and updates for hardware and software check temperatures of cpu gpu. more hardware info needed if psu is enough to power the pc or gfx enough to run. since you are running only at low maybe time to upgrade?

Also I was going to provide more info than this but my computer froze and shutdown again and when I tried to boot it up again it froze at the beginning screen and still played the start up sound but I couldn't see anything since it just stayed on one screen. At the moment I'm using my old windows vista to message you

Man its been giving me so much problems after dusting it off the temp is around 50-60C but still shut my computer off and after checking the system and security it said it was a LiveKernalEvent, and after it restarted it showed the error from my 1st post every single time and sometimes turns off my monitor first while playing whatever is going on then makes a Bzzt sound and shuts off only for me to try and turn it on again for the screen to freeze on the spot while playing the startup sound it may be time to get a new one huh? Also just as a side info when I used speccy it said my motherboard was at 128C every single time most people say it's faulty sensoring but what do you think?

I'll probably do that also yep there are fans the one on the GPU the back fan and the CPU fan though those ones are the pre-installed ones was wondering if you know any better CPU fans and back fans if you dont mind.

Honestly I have no idea what kind of fans I have either but really I need to find some fans that will cool my computer lol
