Question Keeps rebooting

I just got 8gb of ram so now I have 16gb when I run my motherboard in D. O. C. O profile 1 mode the system keeps turning on and off and only boots into the bios can anyone fix this issue so I can run my ram in D. O. C. P mode so it goes faster

https://valid.x86.fr/qhnjyr theres a link for my specs i managed to boot into windows but without D.O.C.P mode on so the ram is running somewhere around 2000 mhz instead of the rated speed of 3000mhz
