Keeps saying wrong password but it's not

cap lock key on? num lock on? an online account, try login on the web to see if the password still work.
not much we can do to fix your password issue.

You havent really mentioned how you are entering passwords, but If you are copying and pasting a password like from a word document/text document or something, sometimes an extra space is added to it when it is pasted. You could always just hit the backspace key once after pasting your password into the box to clear the last character.
