kernal power 41 event?

I don't think this is a over heat issues since i monitor my temps reg bases.
I got it about 4 times I leave my computer on for 2 weeks at a time with out no problem. My cpu temp never goes above 43c my gpu never goes above 65c

here are my specs
Seasonic 520 wat esp 12v active pfc All i can remember
16 gig ddr3 1888 mhz
GTX evga 1060 6g video card
Asus sabertooth 990fx mother board
AMD FX-8300 Vishera 8-Core 3.3 GHz
I got 8 fans
Cooler Master V8 GTS - High Performance CPU Cooler with Horizontal Vapor Chamber and 8 Heatpipes
Mushkin Enhanced TRIACTOR 3DL 2.5" 256GB SATA III 3D TLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MKNSSDTR256GB-3DL

This happen with my old GTX 960 so it's not the video card since I already upgrade It can it be the

waljack cutting power to my pc? we do live in a trailer a 1986 year model

also My cpu a few months back went from 3.3 ghz to a steady 4.3 ghz by it self after a shut down???? I never turn on turbo core and how do i know if its on?

Kernel power 41 error shows your PC didn't shut down properly.
For example, if it crashed and you shut down it from power button of PC case, then Windows writes Kernel power 41 error as a log file.
If you sure about GPU, CPU etc. working properly; you can check the PSU.
Download HW Monitor
Look for 3.3V, 5V and 12 V rail voltages.
%5 tolerance is acceptable.

So;
3.3 V --> between 3,135 - 3,465 V is normal
5V --> between 4,75 - 5,25 V is normal
12V --> between 11,4 - 12,6 V is normal.

If the rail voltages higher or lower than these, your PSU doesn't meet the ATX standarts. So replace it with a new one.

You can also try AIDA64 stress test.
Download it. Run CPU and GPU stress test for 30-60 minutes. If it doesn't crash, probably your PSU is fine.
