hello all of you. I have a problem suddenly on my computer. the only thing i do is that i clean my computer inside and do some calbe managment , thats a tip .
So my computer suddenly freeze or restart.


The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

and there is another thing that make me crazy , i open my computer i see on the task 16gb ram then pc freeze and i open it again .
THEN is see my ram as 8 gb and then pc never freeze again .
i really need your knowledge guys ,thanks

and sorry i forgot to tell you what i did .
clear install windows
reset bios
update bios
disable anything from usb 2 and 3 from motherbord.
disable audio cable
disable cables from led +- retart anything only power button that i disable it to make it sure after pc opens

That is a generic error, just means that the system powered down unexpectedly. Try each stick on its own and given the nature of your issue even though I don't think it is the issue, let us know the brand and model of the power supply, not just the wattage.

see if the system created a minidump.
if so, put it on a cloud server, share it for public access and post a link.

My first suggestion would be to go in and triple check every connection. Wires, power plugs, RAM, etc and make sure it is all seated correctly. Check to make sure pins haven't pushed out of connectors on the power supply side of the connector at mobo.

If that doesn't work, undo all the wire management you did and check everything closely. With the wire unmanaged see if it will boot.

If that doesn't work, take the system out of the case to "breadboard" with minimal components and check to see if it will boot. Add parts back until it will not. So, for instance, 1 stick of RAM and the graphics card, and start adding bits back to build the system back out.

No, that suggests possible hardware failure. You need to try the things suggested and feed back here.

Hello all again and thanks you for your answers
I reinstall every cable and my computer looks fine !
12 hours withous blue/black screen.
BUT on events i still have warning wihout my coomputer shut down .
I have tons of event every 1 min.
