[SOLVED] kernel 41 Bug Check 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR

amd ryzen 5 1500x quad 3.50ghz
8gb ram ddr4 2400mhz
500w raidmax rx-500xt psu
AsRock AM4 A320M-DGS
rx 470 4gb gc

the pc goes into sleep mode,monitor loses signal and the pc crashes afterwards
this has been happening for over a month now and the crashes increase every day,came to the point when it crashes like 20-30 times a day
i cant play a game for more than an hour cos of this,dont matter the game
its just driving me nuts and id appreciate any help

First thing I would do is replace that power supply with a better quality one. If that does not help, next most likely issue is the video card.
