kernel data bsod and 100% disk

I've been having issues with my pc. My pc would crash like 2 times a day with the error 'Kernel data inpage error.' don't know what to do, i did chk dsk but there was no error, did SMART scan on my harddrive and everything is okay. I would sometimes play a game and I would lag, my ping would increase from 21 to like 300 and when it dies I would check my system performace and each time I lag, my disk goes 100% and it happens like each 5 seconds which is very annoying. Please help

Version of windows?
Hardware setup?
First thing i would do is download memtest86 and test your ram.
Second i would post a link to your mini dump so the problem could be narrowed down.

cpu - amd fx 8350
cpu cooler - cooler master hyper 212 evo
motherboard - asus sabertooth 990fx r2.0
ram - corsair vengeance 16gb
storage - wd caviar blue 1tb
gpu - asus strix 960 gtx 2gb gddr5
psu - evga g2 supernova 650 watt gold
some random optical drive
some added fans.
wifi thingy xDD


how do i use the memtest86 thing.
